Within 7 days, we will refund the remaining credits in your account based on the unit price of the credits at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase 1000 pay-as-you-go credits, we will refund the remaining credits at $0.04/credit.
If it is more than 7 days since the purchase, please contact our customer service with a reasonable description for processing the refund.
To apply for a refund, please submit a ticket. Once the refund is processed, the corresponding membership will be invalid.
